With almost two decades of dedicated service in the healthcare and mental health field, Gary brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to patient-centered care. As a Registered Nurse (RN) for the past 13 years, Gary has honed his expertise in acute psychiatric care, demonstrating not only his clinical competence but also his unwavering compassion for patients facing mental health challenges.
Prior to his nursing career, Gary served as a Lead Milieu Technician and a Partial Program Coordinator, gaining invaluable insights into the complex world of mental health treatment. His experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a medically managed detox facility provided him with a unique perspective on the challenges of substance abuse disorders, an area he is deeply passionate about.
Gary is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of patient care, safety, and well-being. His leadership is rooted in the belief that patient-centered care should always be at the forefront of healthcare practices. Gary is committed to fostering a culture of excellence within our organization, where every team member shares in the responsibility of providing the best possible care for our patients.
Outside of his professional life, Gary enjoys spending time with his family, martial arts, and participating in 12 step fellowship.
