Vilisia Coleman

Vilisia has enjoyed working in this field with experience in nearly all levels of care since 1989. She is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor Intern with a Bachelor’s in Social Work with a minor in Addiction Treatment, and is currently working on a Masters in Addiction Counseling.
Vilisia brings extensive hands-on experience in the field along with abundant community resources, complemented by over 25 years of personal knowledge in addiction recovery. As an ordained minister, she truly believes that “Yes, I am my sisters and brothers keeper!”
Her approach is deeply person-centered and holistic, integrating compassion with assertive clinical methods. Many attest that Vilisia’s most remarkable quality is her infectious positivity. Personally, she believes her greatest trait is her love for others and the genuine giving of herself, through transparency and sharing her life’s trials which have molded Vilisia to be just “Miss V”!
