Jessica Elbe
MSW, LCSW
Jessica earned her Bachelor’s from Northern Michigan University, Marquette in which she specialized in Political Science Pre-Law with a minor in Criminal Justice. Additionally, she obtained her Master’s from Loyola University, Chicago in 2013, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, EMDR trained, and is working toward her licensure as an alcohol and drug abuse counselor. Additionally, Jessica is eligible to supervise individuals working toward independent licensure.
Lastly, Jessica is a member of Soroptimist, a global volunteer organization that provides women and girls with access to the education and training they need to achieve economic empowerment and is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
As Executive Director, Jessica views her current role through infusing a clinical perspective. She ensures exceptional care through safeguarding structure within treatment centers. Jessica has a special interest in compliance, risk management, quality, and performance improvement.
Jessica has had the opportunity to serve in the behavioral health field for over 10 years. She started her early career as an individual and family therapist, then was promoted into several different leadership roles within the industry. Throughout Jessica’s career she has led teams at every level of care with primary focuses of eating disorders, substance use, crisis intervention, and mental health with an emphasis in trauma.
