“The world needs who you were made to be.” – Joanna Gaines
Cassady grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada and moved to Colorado where she has continued her studies at Colorado Christian University. In her time in Colorado, she recognized her passion for serving at-risk communities in the mental and behavioral health field. Cassady has used her unique giftings and servant leadership to walk with those who feel helpless and hopeless into their recovery with hope and renewed strength.
Her experience working with individuals with diverse gang involved backgrounds enabled her to build rapport quickly and build on client’s strengths to help them overcome their trauma and destructive behaviors. Her time working with the homeless population and underserved communities has helped her gain awareness of the reality of addiction and the consequences that come with it for the individual and their loved ones. With serving these populations, Cassady has recognized the importance of connection within the recovery community as well as each individual’s support system. Cassady focuses on a therapeutic and trauma-informed, holistic approach that enables her to guide each client to wholeness through healing their inner child, identifying their needs and triggers in their addiction through evidence-based practices to contribute to their long-term recovery.
Cassady focuses on person-centered treatment and considers it her highest honor and privilege to serve the courageous individuals who step into The Nestled Recovery Center and IOP Program. She understands that this decision has the potential to reap a harvest of a satisfying and fulfilling life. Her encouragement to anyone struggling with addiction and their mental health is to come and see what your life has the potential to be.
